Steve and his team did an absolute brilliant job on our extension to turn a kitchen into a kitchen diner. Even with a few complications through the way these blokes worked in cold and wet conditions no matter what day of the week to get things done, they turned up on time, very polite and welcoming couldn’t do enough for you. Well worth the money if you want a job done properly by professionals. Highly recommend.

Steve and his team have just completed the re-pointing on the side/corner of my house. I had a bad experience with previous workmen, specifically the scaffolding which I won’t go into, but this has been a seamless process. The team have worked incredibly hard, they’ve also been conscious of any disruption to my neighbours and been very kind to them whilst working. The work that’s been done has made my house look brand new and I’m so happy with it and my entire experience with S Charlton Builders. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Having had Steve recommended by someone we trust, we had no problem going with his company and his very good price. Steve and his team, Trev and Gary, did a lovely job knocking down a structural wall and installing a steel beam. On the reveal of an unforeseen problem, Steve quickly overcame this within the same day and got another supporting steel beam so the job could continue. The job was completed over the course of two days and a couple of mornings with all rubbish taken away and the ground floor hoovered each time they left. We couldn’t ask for any more and will certainly use Steve and his team again in the future and will be recommending to friends and family without hesitation. Thanks again Steve on a job well done.
